I’m so excited to say my Rosabella beat Ruth capsule came in today. I will be taking one today. I don’t know if I supposed to take it in the morning or night and if it’s OK to take it with the meringue if someone can let me know on that, but I will be coming back on here and tell you how it is and what all is doing for me.
