I bought this as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. I chose Singer because of their reputation for quality. The shipment came quickly and was well packaged. I also ordered an additional foot which the invoice said was shipped separately. I couldn’t find a second shipment and messaged customer service, who were wonderful. Turned out the foot was in the box with the machine. I’m impressed with the quick response from customer service.

I wanted a hard-body case, to protect my machine during a move in my car. I was happy to have the option of black! The case is a bit heavy when my machine is packed into it (I'm in my 60s, so your mileage may vary); but the machine fit well and feels well-protected.

I'd hoped this case would fit my vintage Singer machine. The cabinet the machine had been stored in had worn out. Alas, the machine did Not fit in the case.

This case is not real useful, especially for any transport/travel purposes it is not sufficient. The machine just sits in the bottom tray and free to tilt/tumble about given any sudden motion. If the machine could be fastened/bolted to the lower tray in some way, this would keep it secure, adding padding to the lid would be good too. Luckily I still had the foam packaging the machine came with, so I've been using that. Still trying to think up a good mechanism to strap the machine down though. Otherwise the case does seem durable.

Bought this for my Singer HD4452 sewing machine. Nice and sturdy, but because it's multi-machine design, it doesn't have internal padding or molding to keep the machine from moving around inside the case. Had to save the padding feom the box to make it work.
