I barely used it and it immediately broke! My first project was an extremely light and thin favric so I didnt think it would give any pressure to the needle. I didnt even finish that project so I barely used it. The next time I used it, I was just tailoring dress pants. good thing i finished the waist and the needle suddenly wasnt aligned with the hole. I took it off, put it back on, adjusted it, and it still would end up on the platform instead of going in the hole. Then the needle ultimately flew off. This is just on the second time I used it. This is supposed to be the strongest :(

It works fine. Not sure what makes it Heavy Duty. Mostly plastic. My older Singer machine is much sturdier.

I’m a veteran sewer, and have used both industrial and domestic machines. This Singer is easy to figure out as it doesn’t veer from the usual threading etc setup. And for the money, it has a lot of power! I am glad I bought it. Great value!

I am pleased with the quality of both my new Singer sewing machine and case. I purchased the Heavy Duty 4411 machine and have already used it to repair some clothes. The case is a hard shell cover and is perfect to store my machine while not in use. I would definitely recommend these two products.

C'est peut être un défaut de fabrication, mais je pensais que les articles sont testés avant expédition !! Le bouton reverse ne fonctionne pas sur la machine à coudre que j'ai acheté. Je suis en processus de retour du produit. Je ne suis pas chanceuse !! Mais ça m'a refroidi. Cependant,le point droit était parfait, j'ai arrêté là mes essais lorsque j'ai découvert que le "reverse" ne fonctionne pas.

We bought this from singer while it was on sale. It works just like the description states. So far I've only used it to mend jeans, and it seems to sew through the heavy fabric without trouble. The machine feels durable. It does not come with an automatic threader, as described- I thought it wouldn't matter but to be honest kind of miss having one. I've also used many of the singer online tutorials about the machine and they have been useful. So far I am very pleased!
