So far so good. I’ve been using all the products for a couple weeks and my very curly hair feels healthy, soft, natural and manageable. The new wash rich is an excellent detangler, which is a priority for me. The prewash gives me a perfect scalp refresh when needed. I never knew how much I would like the scalp scrubber. The smell is not anything to write home about; it’s a little unpleasant at first but doesn’t persist; I’m not put off by it. There’s hardly any smell at all, once my hair has dried.

I particularly like the shampoo which I have used before. I have very fine and thin hair that is dry. I was not familiar with the prewash or the heat protection but they seem to work as promised. I walk a fine line between moisturized and flat hair so I have to be careful not to over process or over condition. Still trying to find the sweet spot.

I really dislike the smell of the products and my hair is noticeably frizzier since I started using Hairstory. But if I use more product I’ll go through it in a few washes. Doesn’t seem to be working for me.

Did NOT like this used the three part product for a week it made my hair dryer . I did like the scub brush but it did not have instructions on how to use the system even thou i purchased it as a set. Wont be using or ordering again.

The rich was recommended for my hair and why I enjoy the concept. . . my hair is left heavy, oily, hard to dry and style and needs to be washed everyday. My scalp seems oiler than before after washing.

This particular product makes my hair a little heavy. I got it as I’m color treated and this is the recommended product. It decreased the body of my hair. I will probably try the other formula but won’t use this formula again.

I love this product and have purchased it several times. I always recommend Hairstory. It's unique, effective, and convenient. My hair is colored and after using Hairstory I don't need conditioner after a shampoo. It's amazing.

I live in an extremely dry climate and have hard water (filtered, but untreated). New Wash has saved my hair health, even with the occasional bleach job.

I feel like the “prewash” is just apple cider vinegar with a scent added, and then the “wash” was just some lotion. Not impressed. Won’t buy again.

The way this product was sold to me was that it would change my hair for the better through this revolutionary new way of washing hair but honestly I haven't seen much of an improvement, my hair is the same texture and my scalp is still problematic. I don't enjoy the process of no lather so it's hard to justify continuing to use this. It's not bad, I just haven't seen any results. Packaging is very unsexy and not fun to use and I don't see how it's environmentally friendly. I am probably getting one more day between washes and my hair still looks nice but for the richest wash they have, my ends are drier.
