Love the product - the bottle not so much. It was fine until I removed the top to refill it, now the lid won’t go back properly so the product oozes out at the join.

I like that it’s not overly drying for my hair, but I do find that it’s still too heavy even when I use it regularly and follow instructions. I have bangs and sometimes my bangs appear greasy after one day. I use other soap just to wash my bangs. I’m also confused about products. I have the hair balm and the texturizing spray. I am not as pleased as I thought I would be not sure if I just don’t know what I’m doing.

I still feel that Hairstory is the right choice for me. New wash seems to leave my hair so full and curly even though I know it’s baby fine and wavy at best.

I have actually used this product for years now because I don’t like using shampoos that strip my hair of oils. But I think I’m going take a break because even though I use the pre-wash treatment, I still get lots of dry skin flakes… a problem I never had with regular shampoos

I have fine wavy/curly hair and just wasn't liking how it looked when I came across Hairstory. It took a few weeks to get rid of old product residue/figure out how to properly wash with this product, but ever since, my hair has never had more body or looked better for days after washing. I only use Hairstory products now.

Did you change the formula? My recent refill smells bad. It’s not discolored, but it has a chemical and almost sour smell. I’m so sad! I’ve been using new wash for years now. I don’t know where to even start in buying new products!

I like the product but, it is too expensive for me. Also, the pump bottle doesn't work at all for me. It's hard to open & nothing comes out of the pump (I know it has to be primed 1st) & I'll have to purchase a new pump bottle to use an already expensive product. Maybe improve the bottle so ppl with arthritis can use it better

Love New Wash! I have fine hair and a dry scalp and this product leaves my scalp feeling calm and my hair so clean. Has really helped me spread out my shampoo days with continued use without getting oily in between.

I've been using new wash for years and love the product, but occasionally I get a pouch that smells off (bad) and the texture is a bit thicker. You notice the difference when you've used a product for a such a long time. I expect better consistency and quality for this high-end price-point.
