I wanted to love this product! I had really high hopes from a friend and the reviews. I have straight, fine hair, but lots of it. This takes me forever to rinse out. If I don’t get it all out of my roots it looks really greasy. I’ve started just using it on my ends, so essentially an overpriced conditioner. Won’t buy again, unfortunately.

New wash=dandruff. Used for a month and a bit. Started noticing dandruff, worse and worse and itching. Never had this issue. Stopped using it once I realized what was going on, Went back to my no poo natural cleanser and its become gotten much better.

I like the way it Gill out the volume of my hair. However my hair is short so I use little at a time and rather that is sent to me regularly that I notify you when I've almost finished a refill asking for the next batch. Would this arrangement work for you ?

i’ve been using hair story for about five years now on my fine and thin hair. Finding Hairstory was a dream come true! However, I believe the formula has changed. In the past, Hairstory wash left my hair feeling clean, bouncy and light with volume. Over the last month, after a wash my hair feels heavy, dirty and/or as though the product hasn’t rinsed out fully. I am looking into other options but would prefer to stay loyal to brand. Please. Bring back the old formula.

I have used it exclusively for several years and been very happy with it, but it seems that the formula has changed? It doesn't clean as well and/or the conditioning is heavier/oilier, but it leaves my hair feeling over-conditioned. I will be looking for alternatives, sadly.

I have been using Hairstory for a few years now. With this new order I find the shampoo results are different, in the way that my hair is full of static. What I really liked before was that in the winter I never had static electricity in my hair, even when I'd wear a hat outside. I'm assuming there is a different mixture now?
