Something is different, and in a bad bad way. I'm a long time user and was a ride or die for Undressed, but my last order - which was the first to arrive with new branding - is not at all the same product. It does not make the effortless curls and amazing feel of every other bottle I've used. I've tried everything. Nothing else in my routine has changed. Hairstory, please help! I want to stay a lifetime customer of this but can't justify it since this order is absolutely worthless!

My hair is stick straight. I always think a product like this will produce waves. Well, it's not magic, but it is a great product for creating very, very light texture before styling. There's no crunchiness or stickiness. It's just enough to tamp down static, give my hair some body, and keep it in a shape.

Originally I was having a little issue with the product, but the support team at Hairstory was able to help me out and I am seeing great results now. Also changed to New Wash..so that could be helping as well :) I love using this with Hair Balm to get the look that I desire.

I don’t know what to think, it is not having the styling effect for my hair. Do not understand how it should work. Because my hair is a little wavy and I hoped it would strengthen this effect and giving the waves a little more hold…but that does not happen.

It smells like BO! I have tried reaching out to return it and have had no response other than a canned reply on email and then nothing further. My family has used Hairstory products since 2020. We have never had any item issues. We love your products. But there’s something wrong with this bottle. This smells so bad we put it in a ziplock bag until we can return it. It’s really bad.

Have fine hair. This is drying unless used with a moisturising product. I prefer one product that protects and provides volume and texture in one. Aussie brand works for me.

Essentially it’s just hairspray but without the fine-mist of aerosol. Since there is no salt there is no crunch. However, it’s a little sticky. With fine and coarse hair it actually brought more frizz out.

I've been using Undressed for years and thought just the bottle itself changed, but unfortunately the scent changed as well. I found the previous scent to be pretty mild and faded quickly, and this new one smells like a baby powder scent almost and is much stronger. Very disappointed with the change and now on the hunt for an alternative because the scent is so off-putting.

This is my absolute favorite product. It totally lives up to the description - tousled look without drying my hair out or going crunchy. I used it to style, give volume and refresh my hair on day 2 and day 3 hair.
