I bought this for my 2 year old daughter who has trouble falling asleep sometimes. I give it to her 30 minutes before bedtime and it seems to calm her down. She falls asleep after 30-40 minutes. I would definitely purchase again when needed. She also didn’t complain about the taste.

I really don't know is this helps with pms but the gummies sure are tasty. As you can see ive almost eaten all of them 🤣 they're next to my bed so it's hard not to have a couple as a little sweat treat 🤣 might have to buy them again just to have a snack that probably makes me feel better
