I have been taking two gummies every night before bedtime.First I would like to mention that the gummies taste great, it has a sweet and tart blackberry flavor. The texture is soft but firm and easy to chew. My quality of sleep has improved because I used to have a hard time staying asleep. I sometimes have trouble sleeping and love how deep I sleep on these, sometimes I just take one but I noticed if I take it too late,I'll wake up groggy, so I like to take no later than 8:30pm so it takes effect by the time I'm falling alseep.
