Can't really speak on how well this works because half way through starting it i started hrt. The hrt definitely works in about 3 days but I think this gave it a boost. I've finished the bottle and I won't buy again because I'm on the medication (inner balance estradiol cream. Message me for a $99 off code if you want to try that). I do think this is great for ppl who can't or won't do hrt. I think it was good to take while I started hrt.

I must admit I have tried everything I could think of and even researched, but was pleasantly surprised at my results. I was thinking, "No Way" this is gonna work! I like that fact that the vitamins are easy to take and fits in with my daily regimen. I take them in the morning and incorporate with my daily routine so it's easy to remember. My night sweats are horrible but since I've been taking my vitamins they are not as bad. Yes, I still get flashes but, they are more calm and not so aggressive as before. I've even noticed my skin has improved. I had constent breakouts on my chin so I now see it gradually improving. I also like the fact that this is a vitamin that is made with natural ingredients and not medication.

I have been praying and hoping to go into menopause and if you have had difficult visits from Aunt Flo, you know what I am talking about. When I started having hot flashes, I was happy about it but of course, they are no joke. When I started taking WMM+YS I wasn't really sure if I would feel a difference, but I am happy to report that it made a HUGE difference, in fact, I haven't had one since I started taking it! I had almost forgotten that I was taking it, because I take it right along with my other supplements in the morning, so I wasn't really thinking about it. I was doing something the other day when it hit me , that I hadn't had a hot flash in a while. Then I started trying to remember the last time I had a hot flash and that's when I realized, oh they work! Those menopause pills really work! I started taking Hyland’s and noticed right away that it didn’t upset my stomach, which happens sometimes when I take vitamins. It really helped calm my hot flashes. I only started getting one hot flash, but it was so mild and didn’t last long. What a relief! It keeps my mood mellow and my anxiety low. When I was grocery shopping, my focus was sharp and I didn’t forget anything! My skin feels more hydrated and has a smoother appearance. I will definitely keep Hyland’s in my daily routine!

I've been using these for a week now and I'm satisfied. They make me feel better and I have more energy. Plus added biotin and collagen are a big plus! My early perimenopause symptoms are more manageable. The serving size is 2 capsules so these will be good for a month.
