I bought this for my 2 year old daughter who has trouble falling asleep sometimes. I give it to her 30 minutes before bedtime and it seems to calm her down. She falls asleep after 30-40 minutes. I would definitely purchase again when needed. She also didn’t complain about the taste.

My daughter calms down from it after half hour but she has the hardest time going to sleep n she only takes one nap per day and not even two yet she’ll literally stay up til 12:30 at night sometimes even 1:30am but it just doesn’t help her fall asleep great product for her to calm down tho

Flavor: grape flavor that isn’t overpowering I would say it works and does the job! Would def recommend if you don’t want to use melatonin on your toddler. Used it the same night I got it and it def knocked out my baby within the 30/1 hour . Would for sure buy again ! :)

This is a good alternative to sleep aids with melatonin in them. My two year old granddaughter sleeps better on this than on melatonin.

This works amazingly I love the fact that it’s melatonin free. Occasionally my kids have a hard time falling asleep but I didn’t like giving them melatonin Because sometimes it leaves them love energy the next day. This worked great helping them fall asleep and no effects the next day.
