I noticed a difference after the first night. I slept through the night get up maybe once to use the bathroom. Then back to sleep. I don’t have that groggy feeling and I’m well rested.

I really sleep profoundly and straight through the night with Animal PM. I loved it, sometimes I consider taking it if I go to bed late and have to wake up early the next morning, because it really puts me to sleep and it's a little harder to wake up if you sleep for less than 5h. I take it if I get 6+ hours of sleep. Wake up very well rested Body AND Mind and ready to go!

I was using another sleep product while also supplementing with magnesium. I switched because I was always waking up tired. The app on my smart watch said I was getting enough deep or REM sleep. So I tried Animal PM. AMAZING! I am now hitting sleep targets and usually wake up feelof is killing your gainzing great. I say usually, because as you get older you really can't stay up past midnight and feel fantastic the next day. There seems to be great synergy among Animal products.

After taking this for a few night I noticed I wake up feeling good, even when I have to start my day super earlier than normal for work I still feel good and can pop right out of bed. That definitely isn't normal, at least feeling decent while doing it. None of the pills are huge and you can take 2-3 in a swallow. After a little while you just feel so relaxed and like you can either stay up and just be relaxed or easily nod out. It's not forced or anything. Overall I wasn't exactly looking for this product but figured I'd give it a try with some bundle savings and I'm actually really happy I got it.
