Yeh I don’t rate this a product at all. My hair is really curly and it just left it flat and slippery and my curl wasn’t bouncy or anything….. unfortunately not for me. Glad I gave it a go.

I have been using this for over a month because I have been told I need to let my hair “transition” but it’s still immediately greasy…like isn’t even good right away. Then I was told by you AI that this deep clean is too aggressive for me as a beginner even though it’s marketed for oily hair? I’m going to try the original but if it doesn’t work I really hope I get my money back.

My hair was oilier even after a week. I looked at your FAQs and tried using more product and rinsing longer, and that worked a little bit, but my husband still said my hair didn’t feel as soft. And it was just kind of flat and oily. I was surprised that I didn’t need an extra leaving conditioner.

This 3 product set "new wash method for oily hair" was nice but not sufficient. I noticed that the product smelled good and worked well in water that was "softened", however at my house, my water is "hard" and has minerals in it - so the new wash doesn't work as well as I hoped. The bottle does not have has much product as I thought it would (8oz) I am sure it was accurate, however the bottle is very thick and I ran out faster than expected. Especially when you follow the video and the amount the model puts on her hair. I did find I needed that much to cover my hair, so I didn't get as many cleanings as I hoped for. It is a nice product and I would love to order more; however price and product needs for my hair take it out of my budget.

I just started using this product a little over a month. So far it’s been good so far. I feel that I don’t need to use a lot as it weighs my hair down (fine hair) if I do. I also like the scent. Very spa like!

I can’t seem to get this cleanser to do what it claims. My hair just feels gross- lank and dirty. I have used a larger amount and rinsed is for an excessively long time as suggested when I asked what I was doing wrong and it’s just not for me. For the cost, it’s just not worth continuing to try to get it to work.

My stylist recommended I try this after feeling with oil based dandruff, as well as being a generally oily person who dyed their hair regularly. Folks -- not only did it help me eliminate my dandruff problems, my hair and scalp is significantly less oily and my hair is so much softer, smoother and less frizzy. As an added bonus my color is lasting about twice as long, even though I'm washing my hair now frequently due to it being sometime (i. e. sweat). Love!

This has been the best product I have ever used, I have tried other shampoos and conditioners and none have worked as well at accomplishing realistic results with the type of hair I have and at the age I am at. I have very fine thin fragile hair at the age of 45 with hormonal fluctuations every month causing oily stringy hair with the new wash deep clean cream and the probiotic pre wash my hair feels clean and light not greasy and weighed down like with other products. The new wash deep clean cream works as a duo for me as well because I can use it as a face wash too, so yay-love this stuff! I will be ordering some for my teenage boys too since they seem to have oily hair also.
