Hands down best thing I've ever done for my hair. It's smooth and light / has body and not oily for the first time. The smell is amazing too. I go for a longer time between washes and use a very little to make it last a long time.

I’ve been using this for over a month now. After about 2 weeks of transition hair (little bit oily, bit flat and heavy - could also have been that I didn’t wash it out quite enough. You definitely have to work at washing it out, even with the comb) - I am absolutely changed for the better! I love it!!! This stuff is amazing. My hair has always been very fine and I usually find shampoos weigh it down and leave it limp.. but New Wash Deep is total game changer. My hair feels thicker, looks and feels healthier, is growing better and actually feels like the quality of my hair is legitimately improving at the root!! I won’t use anything else now. Looooove this! 100/10 product!

I really love the Deep Wash. It feels a little lighter than original and it works even better for my scalp. I love the smell, too. My hair feels soft and shapes well.

I was skeptical that this product would wash out effectively and would leave my husband and my hair oily with residue build up. Not only is our hair nice and clean, but it has better texture and looks healthier after just 6 weeks of use! Loving our New Wash Deep Clean so far!

I did not like the original new wash. . so they sent a deep wash shampoo. . Unfortunately I didn’t like it either. . just didn’t get my hair clean

Ok I’m hooked. I got the deep and I like it better. It definitely smells better, that I noticed right away. I do the “horse gal method” making it all frothy in the to go bottle. Oh I really like the pre-wash at first I was like omg scammy like it’s just water and a silly extra step. No. My scalp needed this and I feel like it’s still recouping, just bought full size bottle. Use this in btw washings too. Bc I add water to make it frothy this is worth the price it lasts a long time way more than when I was buying thick conditioner. It’s NOT** a miracle in a bottle tho! I just feel like I worry about how my hair looks less if that makes sense ? It just FEELS better I was sooo flaky itchy oily but also dry now she’s just healthy n chill :) I say this in Florida middle of summer if you can believe that (HUMIDITY!) #worthit

The scent is lovely! However, I don't reccomend for my hair type: fine/smooth texture in ABUNDANCE(thick amount). I still found I needed to shampoo my scalp daily with a cleansing shampoo, and used the remaining product as a lightweight conditioner.

I have very fine hair, and gave the original wash a trial before this product was available for purchase. When I saw this option, I was hoping it would leave my hair feeling the same or better. I'm finding that my hair is greasy and flat only one or two days after washing, whereas the original new wash was looking great and feeling comfortable for 4 days minimum. I will be going back to the original recipe, I can wash less and make it last.

I really like this product, but there are some drawbacks. It makes my hair feel very clean and soft, and I love the smell. However, I have a lot of hair and it’s very fine, and this product does weigh my hair down quite a bit. When I want to curl or style my hair, I don’t wash it with this shampoo beforehand because of this. For me, it is a great product to use when I simply want to air dry my hair. I will say and agree with others that it is expensive. I understand it’s because of the brand, ingredients, quality, etc. However, I work out and swim almost daily so I have to wash my hair at least every other day. I will add a bit of water to the product to prolong it, but it only lasts maybe a month and I don’t know if it’s worth buying as often as I would need to use it mostly because of the price and the amount that it lasts me.

At first this was a nice switch from the original (I have been using it for about a year), at first it seemed like my hair was extra dry and had some volume (I was worried a bit too dry, I live in the desert). However, by the second week every time I wash my hair I have to use a ton of the dry shampoo right after it completely dries to be able leave the house. No matter what I’ve tried (air drying, not using the balm, drying with a hairdryer, no balm) my hair just looks dirty. I’m curious if I’m doing something wrong? I love the original wash and will be switching back to that, but I don’t really know if I can power through this pouch.

My hair is still very oily after I use it. Even after extensive rinsing. The original was perfect but I have to unfortunately alternate with shampoo. I’m considering switching back to shampoo or trying the original.
