Absolutely delicious! I watched Nara work on her oil and couldn’t wait to try it myself. I love garlic and it’s spot on. Having to pace myself in using it it’s so yummy on everything. I especially like it in scrambled eggs. It’s makes them light and fluffy and the flavor just pops!!

Love the Algea cooking oil and using it almost exclusively. It so healthy and the high heat point really helps with many dishes that I cook sous vide. this is a great source of mega-3 fatty acid. There is absolutely no fishy taste

We loved to see an expansion of infusion flavors for the holiday season! As long time lovers of the gochugaru & shiitake oils, it was exciting to try the roasted garlic variation and utilize it in pretty seamlessly. Subtle hints of yuzu throughout really elevate the baseline savoriness of roasted garlic& bring in just the right amount of brightness. The sleek & classy pour spout was an added bonus to really make it feel like a special occasion! Not only beautifully designed, but functional, as well, to give a smooth & effortless pour. Looking forward to further expansions of the algae oil infusion line; hopefully, in the relatively near future!
