First off, I want to say the flavour is great. So far, I've opened up the Zhong and Sichuan chili crisp jars, and will be opening the other two soon. They're really tasty for basically anything. They're the spicy, umami ketchup of the chili oil world, if that's your jam. However, there is a caveat. I'm from the demographic that enjoys eating fire. These are not that kind of fire. They're spicy, and they're great for a wider demographic to enjoy, that's for sure. My wishlist? One made for fire eaters. The hardest thing about being a fire eater is finding a sauce that will actually make you ugly cry, in a good way, while still delivering a depth of flavour. Also? Larger jars. Or at the very least, bulk orders or something. LOL. Gotta have something for your power users!

I'm not usually prone to hyperbole, but I mean it when I say that my life will never be the same. The Zhong Sauce was gone in six days- we were putting it on absolutely everything. The Chili Crisp Sauce is just about cashed, a few days later, and then we'll move onto ravaging the other two. Our food game has been upped, reinvigorated, and forever improved. I'm a convert!
