Just received my order last week and gave a bottle to some clients as a little thank you. They love to cook and hadn't heard of Algae Oil but were excited to try it. I haven't really had a chance to cook a meal with it yet but used it to roast some butternut squash and it added just the right deep umami flavor and made the simple dish extra relish! Can't wait to try it in other dishes soon!
