This oil is great for cooking. I purchased new stainless steel pans and I knew I would have a learning curve in getting used to cooking with them. This oil has helped as I learn not to over heat. The oil is scent less and great.

I purchased this recently to use as a high smoke point oil. My full review is pending. I'm responding to your email about a review. That being said my initial thoughts are mixed. I bought this with the intent to cook a steak in a stainless steel pan and reduce smoke while having a high quality oil. This is a commonly cooked dish for me and on my first two go's here I found the oil to smoke up quite a bit. Like I said I need more time to give you my honest opinion. It's decent, but at the moment not a game changer.

I'm super picky about my oil as I cook a lot. I have Brightland, Graza, etc in my panty but I am already on my 3rd order of Algae oil which has become my go-to for higher heat cooking. As described, it has a very neutral flavor profile and stands up to roasting, broiling and stovetop methods of cooking better than the others.
