Overall I think these are great. I'm 50 and you really can't not take a multi at this age. I can't prove this to be true or not but after about a month and a half of use, I normally have had to use reading glasses in the past year to work and see my phone etc. Suddenly I do not seem to need them majority of the time. Whatever is going on is great. No other changes. Also taking Generate which I have been off an on from time to time but after every workout now. Again, I can't prove these are the thing making the change but I'm certainly not stopping to find out. Great stuff. I eat pretty decent too.

I started taking these a few months ago: 3 with my dinner each night, along with a 9-Zymes pill and I have felt better ever since. While they are large pills, I do find them easy to get down. The price is right for me as well, won't break the bank while getting what you need.
