I mostly use this as a pre workout drink. I feel that I don’t get as sore after weight training. I definitely like the flavor. If you are going to purchase this, it’s cheaper to subscribe and have it shipped to you every 4 weeks.

I've been using Generate for several month's now, it's added benefit to Recovery has tremendously reduced my muscle soreness much more than when I was just using Glutamine & Creatine for post recovery, which means I can go harder into my next workout without feeling more fatigued & sore! Also it's hard to find anywhere else that has an EAA + BCAA mixture combined especially at Cutler Nutritions unbeatable price for the product! My favorite flavor is Blackberry Lemonade but I also like the Watermelon flavor a lot too! It's truly an unbeatable product!

This is the best amino product that I have used hands down. I drink on Generate amino while I am working out and you can actually feel the recovery before your next set. I have actually done several workouts intentionally not using Generate and you can tell, that workout towards the middle of the workout I am losing strength, stamina, and recovery. The workouts while I use generate it keeps me strong thru my whole workout so at the end I have a great pump!
