I have been using for a little over a year now and it is part of my workout routine. I am not a young buck anymore and this product helps with recovery and I am not as sore as I used to be. It has all the ingredients you need to help with getting through a workout and really helps with recovery. I would highly recommend using this anytime you work out.

I have tried this product. I would compare it with your pre workout. But, Hmm, this is a hard choice. I use it for recovery but your pre work out drinks stand out more with the hydration.
