The total iso protein always have a great taste. They're easy to digest and to shake up in the bottle. It don't leave the chalky residue and it doesn't have the heavy protein powder taste as many other brands. They literally taste just as the flavor.

I have tried every flavor of Total Iso and all of them are great. I just got the Limited Edition Monster Cookie flavor and I really wish this were not a limited edition. The protein is all powder (no crunchy pieces of cookies in there) and probably is the best mixing protein I've ever had.

Iāve had the cinnamon and fruity cereal protein, and it tastes just like the flavor left in your milk having Cinnamon Toast Crunch and fruity pebbles. Itās a nice change up standard chocolate or vanilla. The 2 pounds are in a bag, I was iffy at first about that, but itās nice to take on the go, as itās not as bulky as a plastic tub.

Total ISO is hands down the best. Im 57 and have been in the fitness game since 1980 and Iāve tried them all. All the flavors taste GREAT and throughly mixes with just a shaker if thatās all you have while providing quality protein to fuel your body. Jay you knocked this one out the park!
