I love rose water spray treatment! It really is advanced. It has some thickness to it that is perfect! Not watery but not sticky. My hair drinks it up and it gives my locs life.

My hair gets itchy when it’s dry and I would use this product daily for my face and hair and it moisturized my locs and scalp! I started with the 4 oz bottle to try it out. I started to notice that my hand wasn’t in my head throughout the day! Then that’s when the bottle finished lol. Will definitely be purchasing some more and the bigger bottle this time!

The first bottle was HEAVEN. Then something changed! The next purchase was like 180 degree turn. NO OIL, just water!! Wrote 6 or 7 emails with NOT ONE response from Lion Locs. Here was my most recent email to your company: "This is probably my 6th or 7th email to your company. Horrible treatment of a customer. Please let me know if an exchange for the product is possible?? I have told my family about this. One of my sisters, who told me about your products, is now reconsidering if she will continue to buy your products. She is absolutely appalled, especially because SHE referred me. Perhaps your company doesn't care about losing one or two customers, but word-of-mouth does start to add up, especially if people have a presence on social media. These are things to consider when you decide to mistreat paying (NEW) customers. I cannot emphasize how hugely disappointed I am in this Black-owned company!! I was actually just looking at another line of products that boasts "made by and for Black women" and my stomach almost turned at the thought of heading into bleak territory with another Black-owned company! THAT sentiment is YOUR company's fault, seriously!!! Please at least reply to demonstrate SOME semblance of professional decency. 😶" And still NO REPLY.
