I like using the mouth tape for a couple of reasons. One, I guess it cuts down on my snoring and the other reason is that I don't wake up with a dry mouth. My only concern is that sometimes taking it off hurts a little.

Smells so bad like plastic and glue I couldn't use them. Do not recommend unfortunately. I love this company. I love the service and I love the hot chocolate moondrew. Works amazing well. But do not recommend these. The smell is unpleasant and not healthy to be breathing in all night. Sorry guys but not good.

It think it will take a while to get used to this. I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night and removing it because it isn’t comfortable.

Using the mouth tape keeps me from breath thing through my mouth and waking up with a dry throat, the adhesive dies not irritate the skin around my lips.

It worked to keep my mouth closed, but I didn't like the experience. Hurt a bit removing it in the a.m. Not sure if it helped with snoring cuz I sleep alone. It's not for me!

I have been using a high quality Japanese face tape for my mouth at night. I thought I'd give these a try and they are not as good as what I normally use. The tape is way too sticky and hurts when removing.

It takes a little getting used to but I have seen some deep & REM sleep improvements. I am also hopeful to see some marked changes in eliminating snoring, as well as strengthening those muscles. Thank you!

This tape is great! Very high quality, good adhesive, doesn’t slip during the night like other brands. I wish it had a small hole in the middle, in case I need a sip of water during the night, but other than that, great product!

I had been using multiple strips of medical tape before I found this product. but I was frustrated with the sticky residue that the medical tape would leave around my lips. I was happy to find that this mouth tape is nice and soft, easy to remove, and doesn’t leave behind any stickiness!

Actually, I had sometimes wondered how to curb my intermittent snoring. I had thought about tape, but that seemed a little hostage like. Then I tried Deep Sleep Mouth Tape. What a difference. Improved quality of sleep instantly. I immediately went out and purchased a different brand with a small slit for a straw, but there was no comparison. The quality of this tape is much better. It is gentle on the skin. It readheres if you need to take a sip of water or reassure the dog that you’re not mutating.
