I'm not cappuccino flavor . It's not bad tasting but i prefer like berry flavored. Tonight was the first night I drank it. I was out like a light ontop of all the meds I take for my back and m.s. I have problems sleeping, but my girlfriend showed me ur product so I bought it i was out real quick.

In general this is good tasting and fine to take once a while according to me. Only reason I won’t take this often is because of ingredients like Cane Sugar and Maltodextrin. People with high sugar need to be extra cautious.

Flavor: 👎 I was not a fan of the vanilla latte flavor it was like coffee but had a gross aftertaste that I tried to like for awhile but I just couldn’t get past it. It needs some work on the flavor.
