Pretty strong mouth tape stays on after you get used to it and it’s breathable so you dont suffocate in your sleep. Helped me a lot because i would wake up with a sore throat ever Morning and started getting cavities because i was mouth breathing in my sleep definitely recommend this.

I really like the Nose Strips, they work very good, the Mouth Tape is good too, super sticky on the first stick (sometimes too sticky) The Nose strips are my favorite, idk if i like the price but the Nose Strips working good justifies it for me i guess since this is my second time ordering them, wish it was a bit cheaper tho. gave it only 4/5 because price is taxing
