Hello, I have stomach issues and when I drank this I had severe cramps, extreme gas and diarrea. Then I check the ingredients and I found out that this product is not suitable for people with sensitive stomach. Also, on the bottom of the bottle it has a warning that states that this product contains chemicals known to cause cancer in the state of Cali.

I did not receive the one I ordered but a special blend that in my opinion was nasty. I ordered the hot cocoa and got the special blend. It's not special at all. The fact that I had to wait for it did help the matter.

I tried this for the first time last night. I felt relaxed and ready to get into bed. It didn’t make me very sleepy but the label says that can happen over time. I like that it did get me to be calm and relaxed. I eventually fell asleep. I did not feel groggy the next morning which is fantastic.
