THIS product is by far the BEST non pharmaceutical sleep support I have ever taken. I have taken prescription Ambien for years now to help me fall asleep and sleep through the night. My doctor has been trying to help me get off of the sleep meds but my body isn’t cooperating. I was left feeling anxious, overwhelmed + not sleeping through the night. I started taking magnesi-om because I use a lot of moon Juice’s products and I believe in their quality and efficacy. I swear by this product! This is 100% real feedback! I put 1 packet in about 10 ounces of water about 15 minutes before bedtime. After about 10 minutes of finishing my water, I can feel a real sense of calm + deep relaxation. After about 25-30 minutes, I am ready to shut my eyes + I drift off into a very restful sleep. I sleep through the night + I have NO hangover effects in the morning. It helps keep me regular too (added bonus 🙌🏽). The taste is amazing (not too sweet). I wish the packets came in a 30 day supply + not just a 14 day. You won’t be sorry trying this, I promise!!! sleepy magnesi-om didn’t make me feel drowsy or lethargic, the night i took it i felt extra relaxed, sometimes i wake up in the middle of the night to pee and can’t go to sleep, but with this i was able to fall asleep right after. i also take it before getting my period since i find it hard to sleep in the nights prior to getting it.

My husband has had sleep issues for several years which necessitated using traditional OTC sleep aids. This added great flavor (more than a flavored seltzer water; less flavor than a boozy seltzer) to my NA nightcap. I felt relaxed rather than drugged (my sleeper girlies know) and woke up feeling great.
