THIS product is by far the BEST non pharmaceutical sleep support I have ever taken. I have taken prescription Ambien for years now to help me fall asleep and sleep through the night. My doctor has been trying to help me get off of the sleep meds but my body isn’t cooperating. I was left feeling anxious, overwhelmed + not sleeping through the night. I started taking magnesi-om because I use a lot of moon Juice’s products and I believe in their quality and efficacy. I swear by this product! This is 100% real feedback! I put 1 packet in about 10 ounces of water about 15 minutes before bedtime. After about 10 minutes of finishing my water, I can feel a real sense of calm + deep relaxation. After about 25-30 minutes, I am ready to shut my eyes + I drift off into a very restful sleep. I sleep through the night + I have NO hangover effects in the morning. It helps keep me regular too (added bonus 🙌🏽). The taste is amazing (not too sweet). I wish the packets came in a 30 day supply + not just a 14 day. You won’t be sorry trying this, I promise!!! sleepy magnesi-om didn’t make me feel drowsy or lethargic, the night i took it i felt extra relaxed, sometimes i wake up in the middle of the night to pee and can’t go to sleep, but with this i was able to fall asleep right after. i also take it before getting my period since i find it hard to sleep in the nights prior to getting it.

My husband has had sleep issues for several years which necessitated using traditional OTC sleep aids. The supplement makes me sleepy very fast, and the melatonin component is gentle, so I don’t feel groggy the next day. I am very pleased with this product and would highly recommend it to others looking for a natural sleep aid. That being said I would prefer a naked version of this product, without flavor. I don’t enjoy the blackberry taste and I don’t like drinking stevia, specially at night when I’m already fasting !
