I have tried this product only twice and am in love. It has a delightful berry scent and subtle flavour, helps me hydrate before bed as its powder formula is meant to mix into water, and best of all, it actually helped me feel super calm and zen. I fell asleep no problem after struggling for a couple of weeks to fall/stay asleep. On top of all that, it comes in a beautiful jar that I most certainly will reuse and turns the prettiest shade of pink when mixed in with water. There is nothing I dislike about it and will certainly be reordering!

I use the flo app to track my monthly cycles and one of the key factors that it told me from my previous cycle was that most people are magnesium deficient. I then noticed I am magnesium deficient based on my vitamins and nutrition intake per day. I started taking it a week and a half before my next period and whew! The cramp relief was significant! (That coupled with daily fruit and sleeping 8+ hours a night ofc). My periods each month are brutal and I’m always looking for ways to improve it along with daily exercise, non inflammatory foods (I have no allergies nor gluten diseases, aH), etc. I will for sure be repurchasing this. Nonetheless, it’s worth it! My sleep was relatively well, but I did notice I slept through the night with no distractions/uncomfort. 11/10 product. If you are a coffee drinker, you need magnesium. And you need this. Third-party tested. Great source and very relaxing yet doesn’t make you sleepy so can drink during the day and as many times as you want. Just place in water. Yup I need buy more. Running out 🥰

I’ve started taking this every night and was dealing with a lot of constipation and after taking this consistently right before bed, I am now more regular not constipated, and also sleep waaaaaay better! I love the option for the refills so there is less waste! I have yet to try the other flavor but really like the berry!

I’ve been using Magnesi-OM for about 1 year now and it’s become a stable in my routine. I was hesitant to try the Blue Lemonade flavor but I’m so glad I gave it a chance! It’s delicious and refreshing in the evening and the powder blends so easily into cold water, leaving no clumps. An absolute must if you have stress/anxiety and want to quiet your mind before bed and get a good nights rest!

i got the naked flavor thinking it wouldn't have a taste but it does... it's a really gross flavor in plain water tho. i put lemon juice in it to make it better and it helps ! conclusion, only get the naked flavor if you plan on making mocktails for it :3

I have been a fan of Magnesi-om for a while and love its positive effect on my sleep quality. The Blue lemon flavor has become my new go-to because I love the subtle flavor; it's not too sweet with a hint of lemon, so it's nice and mild on the stomach before bed!
