I would think this would work well with certain recovery areas. I bought it for my knees which it will not work

I bought these to help with swelling in my knee after knee surgery. My knee almost instantly felt better and they were controlling my swelling. One small issue is I can’t get them to stay on more than one day. I am buying some of the wipes and once they come in maybe I will have better luck with the patch staying on. I still believe that this is a great product though, while it is on my knee feels so much better.

Am impressed, it actually reduced the swelling on my ankle. Have always used KT Tape but this patch really did the job. It also alleviated the pain of a pulled muscle in my arm.

I was skeptical about this product and thought the reviews may have been fake, or from people who received product for free, but I am impressed. This does actually work. I had shoulder and arm pain from a strain injury. After applying the patch within the hour my pain began to go away. The next day I literally felt very minimal pain. Whatever the concept is, it is working. I am no longer taking strong pain meds and overall my pain is improving and the healing process seems to be going smoother and quicker.

Its our first time using these patches. We placed it in the calf but, although it helped a lot relieving the pain of a pulled muscle, it just lasted in the skin for a day and a half, before it began to come apart. We were expecting it to stay in place at least three days to help with the recovery. I’m not sure we will use them again: they are a good product, but not great.

Used on my ankle to support while walking my dog on our daily hour walk. Worked great in supporting. Was a bit disappointed that the edges started to curl just after 8 hours.

I'm still recovering from a pulled muscle and use KT Tape to support the area as I'm exercising. It helps with healing and prevents pain.
