I love this KT Tape! It has been a game changer for helping support my knees while running and helpful with preventing injuries during my training season. I love using the pro ice version during the summer heat and to help a little more on extra achy days.

I've been using KT tape on/off for about 10 years. Bottom line-it always works. From shoulder injuries to muscle issues, KT tape has always worked. With regards to the KT Tape Pro ice, I had a muscle issue in my right thigh that was super tight, and made it very painful when trying to stretch it out. I tried pretty much everything, including a "muscle roller", but nothing really worked. This tape was my last resort. And lo and behold, it worked almost immediately. The pain immediately subsided, and it allowed me more movement and flexibility. Super impressed with this product. One note, I read some reviews of the product before purchasing it, and some complained about the tape not coming off cleanly, leaving some residue. I guess it does happen occasionally, but I've only had one piece of tape that left some residue. Don't worry, it will come off in the shower with a wash cloth. Not a big deal, especially when I consider the benefits the tape.

This tape provided me with a tremendous amount of relief from my DeQuervain’s tenosynovitis. The only problem is, it isn’t water resistant AT ALL. I wore it to work and the heat from my hand in a nitrile glove caused it to slide off effortlessly. But it is very soothing

I'm giving the KT Pro Ice tape a 4 Star review. . . I've used just anything KT makes. . . but the Pro Ice us a beast. . No other company can hold a candle to this one!! I usually purchased tge regular tape when I don't mind replacing them daily. . then I moved up to the KT Tape Pro Extreme. Pro Extreme us great, it's breathable, water resistant. . and is good up to 3 days (for me). . . Let's look at the Pro Ice. . . I wear due to my ailments from having Lupus. . . for the menthol quirlets the pain a bit and it keeps me moving with ease. It's wearable for a few days and it's water resistant. The only problem I have is when it starts falling from the skin it leaves a sticky residue behind. . . . . when its wet. Its rakes a minute or two to get it off. I'm not sure why it happens because Pro Extreme doesn't do that when it starts falling from the skin if andcwhen it's wet.

Great product! I strained my lower back during CrossFit and applied the KT Pro Ice tape. After a few days, the discomfort was relieved, my back feels better, and I'm back at CrossFit. I would highly recommend this product.

Love the coolness of menthol but the band sometimes would stick to the skin and it hurts a lot to pull it off. Not sure if it has to do with the glue or what.

The residue on this particular tape wasn't as bad as I've experienced with others. The menthol wasn't as sharp of a feeling as some liniment gels I've used and it did help my knee quite a bit. I don't typically have a reaction.

I didn't like it. Believe it or not it was so sticky I could barker get it off. And it left fiber and all kinds is sticky residue on my skin!!

I like that the menthol is not a bad smell. I had put 2 of them on my lower back, for 2 days. Could not smell a bad smell at all. Having them on for the 2 days had a great effect on it for that time.
