It's amazing it supports the foot js right where it hurts. BUT it doesn't stay on long when I'm doing intense competitive dance it just starts sliding off and when the sweat hits it it js loses its adhesive and then it doesn't do anything to help anymore like no support, not at all relieving the pain and you can't do dance on a foot that is sharp crappy pain up all the nerves. so its somewhat good tape but that's why I didn't give it a full 5 stars. work on that adhesive when sweat hits it please and thank you!

Great for diverse use. You can size whatever you need when you have uncut tape. KT Tape never lets you down.

The original cotton tape is wonderful, overall. It helps with muscle soreness and pain. My only critique is that the edges of the tape tend to roll and bunch up more than the pre-cut strips.

The KT tape USE to save me daily. My knees are wearing down from working at UPS and now the tape doesn’t last a full hour. One morning the tape adhesive would NOT stick to my skin. It was a waste of my hard earned money b/c after 3 strips I gave up. I then tried the Pro tape and it was a lil better. I was able to shower with tape on and it stayed on for 2 FULL days and my knee felt better and NO OBVIOUS limping.

I bought these for my wife, a pickleball player, Her knees were hurting all the time after playing, She has now played a few times being taped and the pain is almost gone. I ordered from this site because our local store only carries the black tape and my wife wanted other colors. This tape works great.

This tape works great on all areas. It doesn’t come off if you follow directions. No lotion on areas to be applied. The skin color camouflages well.

I just love this tape. I need a knee replacement but waiting to get it done. My pt person used this on the knee. It is so much better than using a knee sleeve. Gives the support I need with much more movement.
