Very nice! I’m 5’7, 130 lbs and M was a perfect size. I’ve had a knee injury recently, so wearing knee sleeves while getting back into training has been helpful

An XL is fitting like a L but thats totally okay as the compression is still do-able. Love the color!! most def getting another pair as a spare.

These are snug, I have them in a small (black) and medium (baby blue). Not much of a size difference. I would recommend sizing up (2 sizes up) if you’re uncomfortable with a tighter fit.

I loved these knee sleeves, they definitely helped me feel more stable and supported while lifting heavy. However, immediately the seams started unraveling. The seams completely busted about a month after using these which was super upsetting because I did really love them while they lasted. Another thing to note, the Upper logo on the sleeves is just screen printed on, and that quickly started to peel off too. Just overall, pretty poor quality in materials.
