I workout in a heated environment and tried countless amounts of hydration, this has been the only one that actually makes me feel hydrated after using and love the lemon flavor! It’s very light and easy to drink, highly recommend!

I initially bought the variety pack to see which I would like best and am actually surprised that I landed on LOVING the lime flavor. It’s subtle but delicious. I would have it over crushed ice and it felt like a mocktail during pregnancy. Now that I’m postpartum I crave it daily. Especially while breastfeeding, I’m so thirsty and this is so refreshing. Highly highly recommend. I literally tracked the shipping because I ran out a few days early.

These are the best hydration packets on the market. The flavors are light and the sweetener is very neutral (I’m very sensitive to alternative sweetener flavors). It’s great for nursing, I feel much more hydrated and I can tell it helps my mood when I miss a day.

IDK if it's the monkfruit or what but these taste like chlorine??? I am a huge electrolyte fan - LMNT, Pluto, you name it. I do like that these don't have any sugar, but the taste is not good. At all. Maybe I'm just not a Monkfruit fan. I also feel like the packaging is a bit deceiving - "fruit sweetened" sounds like it's coming from the citrus, more like MONKfruit sweetened. So, just beware if you are sensitive to the taste of Monkfruit I guess. I'd honestly prefer no sweetener at all! Why do we need sweetener :( LOVE Needed supplements but these are not it for meeeee. Gonna dole them out to friends to get rid of them :)

I started taking NEEDED when I was pregnant with my second, after learning I was very prone to dehydration with my first. I continue to use NEEDED as a great way to make sure I start my morning with hydration every day. The lemon flavored electrolytes are delightful, and even my husband uses them now. Awesome company!

This is my first pregnancy and I did a lot of research on the different brands out there—I decided to bundle the hydration packets, prenatal multi capsules & collagen powder. I really like the hydration packets, especially the variety pack with all three flavors. The flavors themselves are definitely on the salty side, but that actually makes sense since you’re getting real minerals and electrolytes—not just sweetness. To balance the saltiness, I usually mix the packet with about 2/3 coconut water and 1/3 fresh juice, which makes it much more enjoyable and still very effective. I’ve found this combo helps a lot with hydration. Sometimes I’ll even add in the collagen powder so I can get both in first thing in the morning, which makes it easy to stay consistent. Overall, these feel purposeful and effective rather than overly flavored or artificial.

Keeping me well hydrated through my breastfeeding journey. There are so many hydration powders out there, but this one has NO STEVIA which I cannot stand the taste of. So it was a winner for me. Grapefruit is my favorite flavor. I look forward every night to filling up my giant Hydroflask with ice cold water and pouring a packet in. It is so refreshing!

I've had a difficult time hydrating while pregnant. Needed has helped improve my hydration and not give me any added sodium that makes me worried about my daily intake. I especially love how subtle the flavors are so it is easy to drink!
