If you have acid reflux at night, drinking this at bedtime can backfire. I’m kept up by the reflux so unfortunately this one didn’t work out for me. It does taste good though.

I really love this product! It doesn't give strong sleepy feeling, but rather a soft relaxation feeling when I drink it as a warm tea before bed. I really feel like I get better quality sleep when I drink it regularly. I also think it helps with my overall anxiety when I drink it regularly before bed. Highly recommend if you want something that is gentle and does not cause grogginess the next day!
