I have been taking this for a couple years, the few months before I got pregnant, during my pregnancy and through the last 9 months postpartum. I feel like it helps my digestion and can a difference when i don’t take it. I’ve taken a lot of probiotics over the years and it was so comforting to know this one was safe for pregnancy and postpartum while I am nursing. Highly recommend!

Had high expectations for this product but am sorely disappointed. I have tried other pre/probiotics that work much better and are slightly cheaper than this product. I will not be repurchasing and will go back to using Seed as my pre/probiotic.
