Usually the smell and taste are killer but needed’s omega 3 totally changes the game. It’s not even a struggle to take it. It still has a bit of the classic fish oil smell but nothing compared to comparable supplements. This one is easy to commit to and hasn’t had any of those after effects you sometimes get.

It was hard to find a vegan formulation of Omega 3 for pregnancy. These have very minimal seaweed burps per se. I do alternate between 2-4 capsules per day per the label and not wanting to have to double my order. I would like to see a larger capsule so we don't have to take 4 for a full dose.

I'm very happy with this product! I know some have complained of fishy burps but I literally have not had one issue with it. I love the little scents to put in there and help with the smell. Maybe I'm just used to it by now :) So far so good!

I love these Omegas! I am getting everything my body needs with high-quality fish oils every day. These are easily digestible with no fishy aftertaste or putrid smell. I trust the testing for my reproductive health. I only took one star off for the dose being 4 pills per day.
