We got this one winter and the kids loved it. They never got sick the entire season! Personally I dislike the taste. I don’t like artificial tasting sweeteners. I subscribed for this winter and got more, but my kids stopped liking it. The measuring spoon was also longer and it was impossible to put it back into the bottle. We barely finished a bottle and I got a subscription renewal notice. I promptly went to cancel, went through the process and ended up with a screen that said “come back and get 15 percent off”. I thought I had successfully canceled and that if I choose to ever come back they will give me a discount. I thought that was such a smooth experience and that it was nice customer service. Little did I know, when I hit “ok” I resubscribed. I feel like it was a bit deceitful. But I guess not uncommon. Now I have another 3 bottles of this powder that costs $150. Thankfully I can return but it’s a hassle. Thought I’d review to let others know.
