I'd feel so bad hearing about my girlfriend's woes during her period. It always sounded horrible, and the issues with pads added salt to her wounds. Without pressuring her, I got her Flex's disposable discs earlier this year in case she wanted to try them. Being so fed up with pads, she gave it a try, and it was an absolute game-changer! It took some time getting used to, but it immediately made her periods more manageable and a lot less uncomfortable. I got her this Reusable Bundle and she absolutely loves it. Her skin is extremely sensitive, even hot water could make her react, but the gentle soap and wipes work better than anything she's ever tried--no redness/skin irritation at all. Thank you, Flex, from both of us!
She's now my fiancée. I can't say Flex was the only reason she said yes, but men, you never know.

I struggled with heavy periods since I was 10. Started the pill early on to help with my periods and make them more manageable. When I hit 30, the pill had caused me to have a stroke. After being taken off it and put on blood thinners, I didn’t know how I was going to manage the heavy periods. Was going through ultra tampons and overnight pads in hours. I had tried cups multiple times in the past, but could never really get them to work. I decided to invest in a reusable flex disc at my local CVS and there is no going back. I was very skeptical at first on how it would work and there was a bit of a learning curve to insert, but after the first few periods I cannot imagine not having my flex disc.

This product is AMAZING. I bought the reusable with two disposable. I haven't used the disposable because I put one in my purse and the other in my diaper bag. I used the reusable disc for this entire last five days and it has changed my life. First off, I don't even feel it at all, unlike tampons. Secondly, it is so easy to clean off and empty without splashing. The first couple of times I did it, I got some on my hands but you get used to and it stops being messy.
Third, you can do the deed with it in MESS FREE and my husband said it feels good like a ribbed condom without the condom part 😏
I have zero complaints. I love it. For the price of two boxes of tampons.

I do think this would be a valuable product for a lot of people. It's surprisingly easy to remove despite not having anything to pull on, though I do think the materials might break easily if you clean it too harshly.
It comes with two regular flex disks, which I was really surprised about! Its a good backup or something to give to someone who wants to try it out.
Unfortunately, for me, I can't tell if I can't get it in far enough or if it's in the correct space. It is a bit painful when I move around and I don't know if the thinner part meant to catch the period blood even expands enough to do anything. It's an issue with how big it is, honestly. For me, I have a smaller cavity so it's always an issue with products being too big. It's good to know your own body and I was hoping this would work out for me, but if you can't use bigger cups (if you've ever tried them), I wouldn't suggest this product too much. Its slightly more comfortable as it doesn't seal so it's more comfortable to remove, so absolutely get it if those are your priorities. I also find that cups provide more stability, the flex moved inside of me, and I bled through sometimes.
But yeah! If you have the right shape, I believe it would be a good investment. It wasn't for me.

This is the best product I believe on the market. It truly is the life saver every woman needs in her bag. Even if it’s to the gym, swimming, pole dancing, or sex, this product saves women’s stress of bleeding through or not having that exotic night you seem to endured. I have even talked ALL MY friends into buying their own. I will never waste my money on tampons again. Thank you Flex for finally having a woman’s body in mind.

I had been contemplating trying this out for quite some time before actually following through. I’m so glad I did because I love the reusable flex disc!! It is incredibly easy to insert and remove if you read over the instructions and follow accordingly. I typically have cramps so bad they make me vomit with tampons but they are way less intense using the disc.
Easy to clean. Comfortable to wear. I have not experienced any leaks with it either.

Absolutely love the disc! No leaks and extremely comfortable. I can basically forget I have it in for 12 hrs at a time. Just pop it in while I’m getting ready in the morning and don’t have to really think about it again till the evening when it’s time to empty, clean and start again. The wipes are super handy when I’m traveling or away from home, and the cleaning foaming leaves the disc nice and clean for the next use. The few disposable discs are nice backups to store in my purse in case I get my period while I’m on the go.

Wow I’m so obsessed. I’ve been using a menstrual cup for 4 years (honestly love Flex’s cup becuase of the pull tab), but I wanted to try out the disc when it was time for me to get a new cup anyways. The disc is so easy to insert, feels just like a tampon, and then I no longer feel it once it’s in properly. Removal is a lot easier than I expected and the pamphlets are really helpful guides. I was worried that the self emptying feature would be messy, but it’s not bad at all; and makes for much less messy disc removal at the end and beginning od the day. Messiness level is about the same as taking out a tampon when you remove the disc.
Everyone’s preferences are slightly different but I love the disc! And recommend the cup if you think the disc isn’t your thing.

I’ve used both the disposable and the reusable now and would recommend both. I do like the reusable one more for period sex since the silicon is a little softer but either one has worked well for me. Easy to get in and out and I don’t even know it’s there most of the time. As someone with extremely heavy periods this has saved me tons of money, just need to empty it a little bit more often and on my heaviest heaviest days I sometimes will wear period underwear or some other form of backup just in case.

Wow. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for this. I have a copper IUD so my periods tend to be on the heavier side and my cramps can be intense. I’ve always struggled with tampons being uncomfortable and would always have leakage. The Reusable Disc seemed too good to be true but it really is amazing! It’s easy to use, doesn’t leak when my flow is heavy, and best of all my cramps are significantly less painful. I love it so much, I’m getting second one so I have one for day and night. If you’re on the fence about trying this out - go for it! You won’t regret it.
