While I haven't tried the dye yet, I've tried others out from LT and they've been great.
My original package did get lost in transit, but they were really amazing about it and sent me a new shipment of dyes seeing as i ordered three, and let me swap out the shades. It was definitely one of the easiest communications with customer service that I've had. :)
