I took these supplements during pregnancy and am still taking them during postpartum. I would recommend researching choline supplementation, the research convinced me to get an extra supplement. These were very easy to take and I took them along with the Ritual prenatal vitamin. My son was born and he is very strong and healthy as well as super alert (when he is awake). I’m curious to see if the supplement has long term beneficial impact to his health and wellbeing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product as well as doing your own research on the benefits of choline supplementation during pregnancy.

I love that Ritual offers traceability of all ingredients - it definitely makes me feel like I am getting the maximum value. I instantly added Natal Choline to my cart when it became available (try as I might, I don't think I'm getting enough from my diet alone).
Unfortunately the capsules have an incredibly strong taste that is impossible to ignore. I have a bit of a struggle every morning with swallowing the capsules fast enough to minimize the terrible taste. However there are no "aftertaste burps" once they are swallowed (and taking them with juice avoids any lingering taste in the mouth).
I will likely continue to take these pills because the benefits outweigh the unpleasantness but they are hard to recommend.
