I was taking them faithfully I had to go to the Dr my Iron dropped hemoglobin 7.5 from 11 everybody is different. But mine dropped dr gave me 324mg iron pills to bring it up.... Dr was like what happened it was 11 I got to dizzy that I couldn't get off the bed I would walk everything moved

So far so good. Pill is a little big for my preference but still manageable to swallow. Just drink extra water. It’s bigger than a Tylenol pill.

LOVE!!! I have been very anemic for 15 years and with being uninsured I couldn’t afford the infusions. I’ve tried all the “easy on your stomach” pills and liquids I could find and they would all make me super nauseous. I’ve been taking these for over a month with no nausea and my levels are up!

So far I’m liking these. I take one every other day. BM’s are firmer but I’m not constipated. I love that they don’t taste gross. I’ve experienced less ligheadedness. I’m still tired but definitely less. Hoping my anemia will get resolved.
