This isn't my go to prenatal vitamin but I take this when I can't get my powdered form prenatal in because I don't have my daily smoothie. It seems like a good prenatal. I still prefer my other brand but this is a good backup.

Have been using Ritual Prenatals first during pregnancy and switched to Postnatals after delivery. Have been staying fit and healthy, had no issues with recovery or even with milk production.

Loving the postnatal so far! I’m 2 months postpartum and am so glad I have this postnatal to help give me the nutrients I need while nursing and recovering! I’m interested to see how it helps with postpartum hair loss which hasn’t hit me quite yet, will possibly update my review later on!

I took Ritual prenatals my whole pregnancy and I had an extremely healthy baby. I decided to continue taking the postnatals after delivery and I’m so glad I did! Having the proper nutrients while breastfeeding has been key for me. Also I’ve had NO postpartum hair loss this time around my hair actually seems fuller and thicker, which was not the case with my first pregnancy! I highly recommend all ritual products!

What I loved most is the flexibility of this site and the fact I can actually take the pill. I’ve had such an extremely frustrating time holding down prenatals, but not with this brand. The fact I can change the flavor to make it more suitable for me sensitive pallet made all the difference.

I first started taking this about 3-4 years ago when it was $15, I was a surrogate for a few people. Even when I wasn't pregnant, which I'm not now, I would take these religiously. I didn't realize how much energy it gave me until I stopped taking it a year or two ago when it became $35, I couldn't afford it anymore, I still can't, but no other vitamin I took over the last year helped as much as this one. I bought it anyways because it was the only one that helped me. Ever since I started taking it again, I feel better, the first day after taking it, I promise you, I felt way better. My mood has improved, I feel more energetic, I don't feel lethargic in the AM, I'm just blown away by the difference. I'm gonna try to put a litte money aside every month just for this, I don't have any friends to refer to so I'm definitely not getting any discounts as a recluse haha! It's absolutely worth the price, the benefits are worth it. I just wish they had vanilla as an option for everything. Mint is still better than citrus though, MINT FOREVER! Unless I can get vanilla hehe.

I wish I had known about ritual for prenatals! I started taking ritual postpartum vitamins after having my son. I was taking the cheap generic prenatal gummies. My hair was falling out SO bad, and I was starting to see bald spots. A short time after switching to ritual, my hair loss STOPPED and it started growing back! My skin and nails look so much healthier, and I am confident that ritual is giving me what my diet doesn’t. The vitamins themselves are easy to take, and they are a nice natural mint flavor that doesn’t leave you with a gross vitamin taste. I love my ritual and I have convinced my husband to start taking the men’s multivitamin too!

I trust Ritual as a multi-vitamin, which is why I decided to try their postnatal vitamin. I like that you get the full benefit of each ingredient as it's easily absorbed. I can take them on an empty stomach, and that's a huge deal for me, considering I am easily nauseated. I like that you can select between mint or citrus, (citrus being my fave). I always recommend Ritual to my friends!
