This is my first month trying the Stress Relief Supplement, so I can’t say much. However, I love Rituals Women’s Multivitamins! If the supplements are as good as the vitamins, I’m sure I’ll love them too!

Performance: I never would have thought a product could work so well for me. I absolutely love this supplement!! I take one capsule in the morning when I first wake up. I feel better as I prepare for work and I am able to go in and work with my students all day without crashing. I Stay even-keeled all day and I am able to manage stress so well with this supplement, that by the end of the day, I am still able to come home and be physically present, and emotionally/mentally available for my family. That for me is a big win. Flavor: I hate taking pills, and the coating on this one makes it very easy for me to swallow

I love the idea of it and the traceable, simple ingredients. All of these are things I've either taken individually in the past for stress levels or have looked into taking. I just don't really know if it's doing much for me—I might skip a few days to check. The thing is the formulation is solid so it's not hurting, maybe I just need higher levels of this stuff to feel a difference. lol

It's hard to tell whether this is a placebo or it is working, but I will say after a few months of taking it, I took a break due to the high cost, and I ended up ordering a new bottle within 1 week of not having it. I love the way it looks and smells, so it feels good taking it. I take it around 12PM to help me reach my kids' bath and bedtime hustle. Again, it is hard to say how much it is truly working, but I definitely feel slightly better when I am taking it.

Firstly, one of the most important things about Ritual is how much I trust them! Secondly, I have a very sensitive stomach, and pretty much half the supplements out there make my stomach hurt and Ritual never does that! And last but not least, I think the Stress Relief has helped my stress and anxiety levels noticeably! I have clinical anxiety and take prescribed medication and I'm constantly searching for natural support to create a lifestyle where someday I may be able to get off the medication. These have been a positive daily habit that has definitely helped me!

I thought I would have to take the Stress Relief for a period of time before it worked but thankfully, it started working within an hour of taking it. I have a seasonally stressful job so I like that I can take it as needed. It provides an even calm without making me sleepy until night time when I'm ready to sleep, then I sleep great.

I have been taking Ritual for a few weeks and they have been helpful. I think it is helping with cortisol levels. It tastes fine and are easy to swallow. I like the seethrew capsules. They are pricey but I see it as 3 vitamins in 1.

I received these complimentary from Influencer and Ritual . These are stress relief vitamins. I have to say the smell is very strong of saffron but it smells good to me so I'm OK with it. I have been taking these everyday for 3 week and they actually seem to help me relax. I would recommend these and this brand.

So I wasn’t expecting much when I first received this supplement, but it works. At first I thought it might be the placebo effect, but I would notice on the days I didn’t take it I felt more anxious and stressed overall. The pills gave me a feeling of calm and relaxation and they don’t really taste like anything. The packaging is sleek and the capsule is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I will be buying them again the price isn’t bad and it’s worth it for the new sense of peace.

The Ritual Stress Relief supplement comes with 30 capsules. Each capsule has three individual ball like tablets inside. The serving size is one capsule once a day. The capsules are clear and easy to swallow. The capsules have a weird smell and taste, which leaves an aftertaste. The capsules smell/taste like lemon and ginger. I honestly didn't notice much of a change in stress relief to be honest.

I was so excited to be selected by influenster and ritual to try their stress relief formula in exchange for my honey review. My first reaction is I love the simple packaging. I love how the capsules are also aesthetically pleasing. I love that there are no fillers added into this product. After a few days of using it I did notice a calmer vibe (I’m not sure if it is mind over matter).

These have been pretty good so far. Lately, I've been under some stress and have been taking them. I like that they have no nasty taste when taking them. I take one a day, and I've noticed a small difference. Nothing too major, so I will update if there are any changes.
