As a vegan I wanted a natural omega supplement, I started taking the Ritual brand about 10 months ago.
I had been feeling arthritis creeping in the knees and suffered from leg cramps .. these omegas have taken this all away !
It took me about 2 bottles in to feel the full effect but I couldnt be happier, Ritual is a high quality company and I recommend them highly to all my friends!

This is one of the best pill form vitamins I’ve taken. The capsule isn’t too big and doesn’t get stuck in your throat. The only flavor you taste is lemon, which is awesome for this type of vitamin. I also like how the packaging says minimal burp back, it just makes me laugh

This is the second product I’ve tried from Ritual and am I very impressed with these omega 3 DHA & EPA tablets. They are easy to swallow, love the overall look of the packaging and the actual pill… it’s cool being able to see the liquid through the capsule. The pill has no aftertaste when taking it so that is also a plus. Highly recommend these and will continue taking them as part of my daily routine!
