This stuff seems to work very well on both Beyond Paint and other manufacturer's paints. I've used it to seal the insides of cabinets to prevent scrapes and applied it to my painted stair treads as a scuff preventative, both over white paints. Two to three thin coats are plenty and provide a nice protective layer that hopefully never peals or turns yellow with time. So far, so good... three years on. My only complaint... the cost. This stuff is ridiculously expensive at $43 a pint shipped ($34+$8 S&H). I wish it were available in larger sizes and discounted for quantity (quart and gallon sizes preferred). I had watched numerous YouTube videos with influencers that raved over Beyond products. Trying to save some money I thought I would give it a try on my kitchen cabinets. I followed every step in the instructions. The paint easily chipped. I was so disappointed because I had invested so much of my time and a decent amount of money (Beyond Paint isn't cheap) I called the help line number and was told to not be discouraged. Suggested I buy the Beyond Sealer and apply two coats. So I went back to the store, spending even more money then applied two coats of the sealer with two days In between coats. It did help somewhat but I know it wouldn't be a good thing to put in my counter tops as I had planned. It would have been more time and cost effective to do it the old fashioned way. Cleaning, sanding, primer ect... I had I hopes for this product but my experience was less than satisfactory. Paint was delivered damaged. Packaging not protective enough since the cover is plastic. Broke open in box. Otherwise delivery was quick.

Used sealer on my countertop and one cabinet, I haven't had any issues with water. I have a small sink so I constantly get water on the counters. But I have issues with staining, I did a Faux White Marble counter. It doesn't say if the sealer has any stain resistance but next time I might try a commercial sealer.

This paint is fantastic. I did an old cherry wood bedroom set. I change it to white and it looks brand new and so updated. I changed the doors to get rid of the old style arch that was on the door. It came out so good. This paint is so easy to use. I am so happy with the results. Painting the furniture saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you beyond paint!
