I was skeptical about using a 3-in-one paint product to paint our kitchen island, but am very happy I tried beyond paint. The only thing I did was wipe everything down good to make sure everything was clean and free of dirt and dust. Once everything was dry, I used a high quality paint brush and paint my first coat of “Nantucket.” I did not stir and painted directly out of the gallon size can. The paint went on very well and it covered extremely well. I didn’t use too much paint as the first layer does not need to be thick. It dried and covered extremely well and I was able to recoat two hours later. It dries very quickly and it was very easy just using a high quality brush—they recommend a roller but it looks great with a brush. It’s self leveling so I don’t see any brush strokes. I only applied two coats and I still have 90% of a gallon level over. I pained all four sides of an 8 foot kitchen island. I did not apply a sealer and I don’t think I will. It looks awesome and the color is perfect. I highly recommend Beyond Paint. I’m going to work on my cabinets next and paint them bright white. No sanding is necessary.

I used Beyond paint previously to refresh my bathroom cabinets, and purchased the Nantucket to use in my kitchen. I love that I don't have to strip, sand, or prime. The fact that it's low VOC made the experience much more pleasant, and cleanup was fast and easy.

Really love my (Look like new & expensive cabinets) everyone seeing them thinks I got all new & have expressed the interest in painting there’s. Especially when I tell how easy the process is. I am 80 yrs old, if I can do it, anyone can! Wasn’t even feeling that well but was able finish in 3 weeks, just painting a couple doors & fronts each time. Didn’t notice any smell at all, except when opening the container. Also like that it’s in plastic, so no more rusty cans with leftover paint. Only cleaned the cabinets well, nothing else. So, so pleased, give it a try!

I now have painted kitchen cabinets in two homes. One home I had already began the process of stripping and sanding .the final project looked more like the cabinets were professionally stained !!it was beautiful. The other home I just washed the cabinets and painted them as is and they are stunning! My family knows how much I love to paint if it's nailed down it's getting painted. ! My son said my ashes when I die will go in a paint can instead of an urn. I told him make sure it's a "beyond paint "paint can ♥️

Love my kitchen cabinets after painting them with Beyond Paint Nantucket!! It was much easier than I thought it would be. I did the kitchen in three sections to make it more manageable. I did the island first, a few month later the lower cabinets, and a few weeks later the upper cabinets. I highly recommend this product!! My tip would be, paint something small to practice. I painted a bookshelf first. I saved myself thousands of dollars using Beyond Paint!

I have painted my outdated cabinets in the kitchen and countertops last year. I love them! Right now I am painting my interior front door as so far it’s looking good. Love, love this product. Next project an entire bed room set.

The best paint ever. I painted the kitchen cabinets in Nantucket and the island with off white. Everybody asked me how I was able to afford new cabinets. The paint is thick in consistency and therefore very easy to apply. Once it's cured it's easy to clean and keep clean... It might be expensive on first sight, but since you don't use a whole lot of it, it's actually cheaper than sanding, priming and painting with conventional paint.

I painted my kitchen island navy blue. I purchased 2 quarts and only used one. I was terrified but I made sure I taped and put computer paper around the bottom. For the first coat I used the stippling brush but on the second coat l used a very good paint brush and it didn’t leave any marks. The finish is satin. So beautiful. Then I used the leftovers on a two shelf bookcase that I’ve had for years and it looks brand new!

I was a bit apprehensive about using my HDLP sprayer to apply Beyond Paint. After a few missteps I got the hang of it and it turned out great! Because BP is so thick I thinned it out slightly (2 oz distilled water per 32 ozs of paint) and used a medium nozzle. It applied well in thin coats (I eventually applied 4 thin coats) and dried hard. Since I was redoing a coffee table and side table, I wanted more protection of the tops, so When BP dried and cured for a few days I then applied 4 coats of Water-based Spar Varathane spray. The final look and feel is fantastic!

Watched many Youtube videos on Beyond Paint first, since I hadn't heard of it before. I finally painted my bathroom cabinet, mirror & door trim with Pewter, and it came out beautiful. The hardest part was being patient for 30 days for it to cure, yet well worth the wait. Very happy and proud of how my bathroom turned out. On to my next project of 6 pieces of white wicker in bedroom. Beyond Paint is the best paint purchase I have ever made. If this 67 youngin can paint with Beyond Paint, anyone can. Thank you for creating such a great paint product.

originally gave the deep blue color a try in a house we were redoing. good cabinets but dark wood. the paint went on and covered so well i used same gallon to do our wooden kitchen cabinets at our old camp. Its been 6mos now and no chipping and no fading. washes well too ! and i still have half a gallon of paint left even after two big kitchens , a bathroom vanity and assorted end tables and coffee table. this stuff will ruin your patience with messy dripping paint forever ! my only objection is the finish , its a nice semi gloss but sometimes a glossier finish would be nice

Kitchen cabinet color change. Cabinet were a dark, almost black stain. I used a degreaser to clean. The paint was like butter. No drips. Use a foam roller as much as possible. Dried in about an hour and recoated . Only took two coats to cover with nantucket color. Great easy way to redo.
