I was very excited to find Old Fashioned Hot/Spicy jerky. I love tough jerky, and this is definitely up my alley. It was just too salty for me. The salt over powered the other ingredients, especially the got/spicy. I get the process it takes to make jerky, especially old fashioned, but it was a little overwhelming for me. I prefer the fire/heat/spiciness.

The heat, the texture, the toughness were all very good! Only improvement I could recommend would be if it could be a little bit tougher. That being said, it is so hard to find tough jerky anymore so I was happy to find jerky.com and see that you offer "an old fashion style beef jerky."
