The scorpion pepper beef jerky is soft and tender texture. The meat was very dry like the desert, heavily seasoned with scorpion pepper. Smell reminds of me of Carolina reaper jerky. Spiciness is between ghost pepper and Carolina reaper. A must try for super spicy, dry, soft jerky lovers.

I tried the Scorpion pepper Jerky and although it is very hot, it is also very tasty. I love it. The Jalapeno Jerky is also very good. My daughter is in love with the BBQ pork. All very good as promised.

I wasn’t expecting the flavor and texture that I got. I have ordered jerky that was supposed to be softer and ended up with shoe leather. This stuff is butter. The texture is really next level. The flavors are really good, so the combination is awesome. I ordered the scorpion pepper flavor.

I liked it a lot. Not as hot as the Reaper but had really good flavor. I love spicy jerky and your Reaper was great. Scorpion more tolerable for the faint hearted but both had great flavor and texture. I'll be ordering more. When will you get the Apollo pepper jerky?

I have ordered beef jerky from other websites and every single one disappointed. However, Jerky.com will be my go to point for ordering any beef jerky from here forward. My first order contained the Hot Combo plus a bag of the Scorpion beef jerky. Though I enjoyed all of the flavors, the Scorpion was my absolute favorite. To me the Scorpion beef jerky had the best flavor with the perfect amount of heat! I agree with the statement in several other reviews mentioning "I wish I could buy this in a bigger bag." I would love to be able to purchase an 8oz or 1lb bag of the Scorpion beef jerky. Until then I will just have to order multiple bags at a time. Of all the variety of beef jerky I have eaten from numerous places this is hands down my favorite beef jerky! So if you're even looking at this then do yourself a favor and buy two bags...trust me when I say one bag will not be enough!

I’m a Louisiana native and my wife is Bahamian. We’re both fans of some, ok, a LOT of heat in our cuisine. We’re also used to disappointment. If a menu says an item is hot and spicy, we roll our eyes and assume it will underwhelm. I carry Tabasco in my bag at all times. Yes, I know Tabasco isn’t the cornerstone of heat, but hey, I’m a Louisiana girl and I’m loyal to my roots. SOOOO, when I ordered this scorpion pepper jerky I was skeptical but optimistic. Maybe it would actually be spicy, but maybe it was all a tease. YALL. I am here to tell you that this jerky doesn’t disappoint. It brings the flavor along with a punch of heat that will bring a sting to your eyes and a joy to your heat loving soul. I ain’t gonna lie. This stuff is not for the faint of heart. I recommend nibbling, not chewing. Just trust me on this. The texture has the perfect blend of tough and chewy without being dry. Highly recommended.
