My favorite is honey teriyaki that brisket cut is just so good. Honey teriyaki has medium to soft texture with a balanced sweet taste. Sweet and spicy is sweet a little spicy with a soft to medium texture.Cajun boil jerky is drier, heavily seasoned, salty, medium to tough to chew and slight spicy.

Very sweet and delicious. All have a soft to medium texture chew. My favorite so far is the honey teriyaki since it’s a brisket cut the meat taste and texture is just different in a good way!

Barbecue wild boar jerky has phenomenal taste and soft fatty texture. It tastes like it’s been in alcohol based barbecue so good. Buffalo chicken jerky was soft easy to chew and delicious. The alligator jerky was gamey(strong fish) taste and hard texture. It truly didn’t taste like any other meat.
